I achieve this through comprehensive assessment of your diet in the context of your life stage, training, lifestyle and performance goals, translating the science into practical and achievable nutrition advice.
My career in nutrition developed from a love food. Growing it, cooking it and eating it! When I am not supporting others to meet their nutrition goals, I seek adventure by running on the trails and fells, mountain biking and hiking.
