Hi! I’m Catherine,
I help endurance athletes with personalised nutrition strategies that enable you to overcome underfuelling and poor recovery to achieve your peak performance potential.
I offer practical nutrition advice, so you can concentrate on training to your full potential
I am a UK registered sports dietitian and clinical dietitian based in England. I work with endurance athletes of all abilities to optimise their nutrition for health and performance.
My approach is holistic and personalised, focussing on each athlete as an individual with their unique goals, lifestyle and dietary needs. I achieve this through comprehensive assessment of your diet in the context of your life stage, training, lifestyle and performance goals, translating the science into practical and achievable nutrition advice.
My career in nutrition developed from a love food. Growing it, cooking it and eating it! When I am not supporting others to meet their nutrition goals, I seek adventure by running on the trails and fells, mountain biking and hiking.
